Our licensing program, Pizza Hut Express, allows us to serve customers in locations ranging from airports to university campuses and everywhere in between. With over a quarter-century of experience in developing non-traditional restaurants, we continue to refine our fast-casual business model to satisfy various audiences.
We now deliver an elevated fast causal experience with our new 9-inch fast-baked pizza. Our asset platforms include everything from a full restaurant and bar, a retail counter with pizza making in front of guest to ultra-small format kiosks and “mini lines” to fit into almost any space. Our full daypart menu allows you to maximize sales from early morning to late at night.

We sign license agreements with our Express partners requiring monthly service fees that, as a standard practice, are a percentage of a partner’s gross sales. An initial investment includes, in part, an initial license fee, architectural fees, proprietary and standard equipment, and build-out costs. Space requirements may vary based on platform, but our various design options are flexible for every venue and captive audience.
